Julia
- Yoga Therapy & Yoga Teacher 瑜伽療法及瑜伽老師
Julia以古老的傳統哈達瑜伽技術為鍛煉基礎,亦一直在修練阿育吠陀、瑜伽食療及清潔法。她教授的課包括瑜伽療癒、哈達瑜伽、核心瑜伽、早晨瑜伽、力量瑜伽、倒立瑜伽、椅子瑜伽、自觀流瑜伽,以及空中瑜伽等。
Julia practices the ancient traditional Hatha yoga techniques as her base and has also been practicing Ayurveda, yogic diet and Kriyas Yoga the cleansing method. She teaches classes including yoga therapy, hatha yoga, core yoga, morning yoga, power yoga, Inversion yoga, chair yoga, Embodied Flow yoga and aerial yoga etc.

Fiona
- Ashtanga Yogini 阿斯湯加瑜伽士
Fiona熱愛瑜伽與普拉提,練習了瑜伽超過10年,盡管她是個資深經驗的瑜伽士,她仍會不斷的練習和進修,她以阿斯湯加瑜伽為主要修練,曾數次到訪印度和巴里島修學,跟阿斯湯加瑜伽始創人的後代接班人Sharathji學習,亦到內地跟John Scott老師受培訓。Fiona教授普拉提核心床私人課程,幫助學生達到其理想的鍛煉目標。其他主要授教的課包括有阿斯湯加瑜伽、輪瑜伽和普拉提等。
Fiona, who loves yoga and pilates, has been practicing for more than 10 years. Although she is a senior and experienced yogini, she continues to practice and learn. She focuses on practicing Ashtanga yoga, and she visited India and Bali a few times to studies and has also attended by the descendant of the founder of Ashtanga yoga Sharathji. She has took formal training from John Scott in China. Fiona teaches Reformer Pilates private lessons to help students achieve their ideal exercise goals. She also teaches classes include Ashtanga Yoga, Wheel Yoga and Pilates, etc.

Johana - Yoga Teacher 瑜伽老師
Johana認為學習瑜伽應該循序漸進,不追求體式的難度,如何正確地進入體式,避免受傷比較重要。她的課堂包括身體拉伸、基礎瑜伽、哈達瑜伽、後彎瑜伽、排毒瑜伽和健體瑜伽。
Johana believes that yoga should be learnt in a gradual manner, not aiming for the difficulty of the asana, but how to enter the asana correctly to avoid injury is more important. Her signature classes include Body Stretching, Yoga for Beginners, Hatha Yoga, Backbend Yoga, Detox Yoga and Yogafit etc.

Jessica - Aerial Yoga Teacher 空中瑜伽老師
Jessica的課堂主張因材施教,透過瑜伽的練習,排解身心上的壓力。她教授哈達瑜伽、空中瑜伽、空中舞韻及空中吊環。
Jessica's teaching philosophy generally based on students’ aptitude to apply appropriate guidance, in order to lead them relieve their physical and mental stress through yoga practice. She teaches Hatha Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Dance and Aerial Hoop.

Barbara
- Body Fitness Instructor 健身老師
Barbara Moore 是一位擁有 ACE Fitness (美國運動委員會) 認證資格的團體健身教練,擁有教授負重訓練、功能性HIIT、TRX和壺鈴團體課的經驗。充滿熱情和動力的Barbara的目標是幫助任何年齢和健康情況的人擁有更健康的生活方式從而變得強壯和健康。
Barbara is currently certified as a Group Fitness Instructor through ACE Fitness (American Council On Exercise) with experience teaching Bodyweight, Functional HIIT, TRX & Kettlebell Flow group classes.
Her passion and dedication to helping others reflect in her happy clients' results, and she
believes that anyone can become strong and healthy no matter the age or current fitness level.

Sobrina - Singing Bowl Yoga Teacher 頌缽瑜伽老師
Sobrina秉持只要放下執著依附的心,從基本持續穩紮地練習,便會出乎自己意料之外地進步。她主要以哈達瑜伽和陰瑜伽的練習為主,亦有修練頌缽,希望學生可以在課堂間卸下重擔,達到身心平衡健康。她的課堂主要以舒適放鬆、多使用輔具輔助體式授課,包括有低空瑜伽伸展、頌缽陰瑜伽、兒童瑜伽及長者功能性訓練等。
Sobrina believes that as long as you let go of your attachment and practice consistently from the basics, you will make progress beyond your expectations. She mainly practices Hatha yoga and Yin yoga, and also singing bowls. She hopes that students can relieve their burdens in her classes and achieve physical and mental balance and health. Her classes focus on comfort and relaxing postures with the use of various yoga props. She teaches classes including low aerial yoga stretching, Singing Bowl Yin yoga, children's yoga and functional training for elderly.

- Zumba Teacher 森巴舞老師
Edmond 畢業於菲律賓西棉蘭老州立大學,主修體育和舞蹈。他是Sakada表演藝術協會的共同創辦人,一直活躍在舞蹈和健身領域,同時是一位演藝員、表演員、教練和排舞導師。Edmond贏得了2008年和2009年Pagadian市的樂隊冠軍之戰。
Edmond graduated at Western Mindanao State University in Philippines majored in Sports and Dance. He was a co-founder of Sakada Performing Arts Guild and has been active working in the field of dance and fitness as an artist, performer, instructor and choreographer. Edmond won the battle of band champion at Pagadian City in the year of 2008 and 2009.

Teacher Iat has more than ten years of experience in teaching sports and exercise. She realizes that training does not have to be hard and boring. In her class, she will workout in a friendly way, like a relationship between friends, so students will not feel pressure. Taking a class with Teacher Iat, no matter you are a novice or already an experienced practitioner, you will be guided to practice in correct movements to deepen your practice result, while exercising in a fun atmosphere. Workout in a relaxed atmosphere can help to release more endorphins, and the happiness and a sense of success will naturally make you go further on the path to a healthy exercise.

Renee is a passionate yoga teacher who believes that yoga is not just about exercise, but also about meditation and a healthy lifestyle. She believes in “strength in gentleness” and wants to provide her students with a sense of security and companionship. Through breathing exercises, Renee guides her students back to inner peace and helps them find space to release themselves from busyness and stress.

Hang 珩 - Pilates Teacher 普拉提老師
於2020年機緣巧合下,何珩開始接觸普拉提,發現普拉提可以是許多運動的基礎,入門簡單,能滿足大部分人對於身心健康的需求,繼而成為普拉提導師。她希望通過普拉提的鍛煉,能幫助她的學生提升運動績效、改善生活品質。通過練習普拉提,可讓學生們在追求健康的過程中快樂地學習,並獲得健康的身體和幸福的生活。
By chance, Hang Hang started to get into Pilates in 2020 and found that Pilates can be the basis of many exercises. It is easy to get started and can meet the needs of most people for their physical and mental health, and so she became a Pilates teacher. She hopes that through the training of Pilates, she can help her students improve their athletic performance and quality of life. By practicing Pilates, students can learn happily in the process of pursuing health, and gain a healthy body and a happy life.

Mana - Vinyasa Teacher 流瑜伽老師
Mana練習瑜伽已有8年多,擅長於流瑜伽。她是瑜美國伽聯盟RYT200註冊瑜伽導師,也是由IPTFA營養及健康纖體與IBFA國際身體阻力與體適能訓練協會認證的產後復健訓練導師。
Mana的課堂總是充滿樂趣和輕鬆的。她對教學充滿熱情,希望幫助學生解除壓力,讓學生在課堂通過練習後充滿能量。
Mana has been practicing yoga for over 8 years and she specializes in Vinyasa yoga. She is a registered yoga instructor by Yoga Alliance RYT200 and a certified postpartum rehabilitation trainer by IPTFA Nutrition & Health Slimming Therapist and IBFA.

Alice從事瑜伽教學已十年多,她希望把瑜伽這份熱愛與大家分享,同時透過不斷學習和教學來完善自己。
起初Alice因發現瑜伽的哲學,飲食和生活熊度與自己追求的方式很相似,能讓自己內心達到的平靜,決定認真學習瑜伽,更成為一位瑜伽老師,讓跟她學習的學生同樣地找到屬於自己的平靜與力量。
Alice has been teaching yoga for more than ten years. She hopes to share her passion of yoga with everyone, and at the same time, upscale herself through continuous learning and teaching.
Alice started her yoga journey when she discovered that the philosophy, yogic diet, and lifestyle of yoga were very similar to the way she pursued, and that it could bring her inner peace. So she decided to study yoga deeply, and later became a yoga teacher. She hopes the students who practice with her could find the same own peace and strength.
起初Alice因發現瑜伽的哲學,飲食和生活熊度與自己追求的方式很相似,能讓自己內心達到的平靜,決定認真學習瑜伽,更成為一位瑜伽老師,讓跟她學習的學生同樣地找到屬於自己的平靜與力量。

Camille emphasizes the integration of body, mind, and heart, striving for unity in the body, breath, senses, heart, and wisdom, ultimately leading to harmony with all of the universe. She believes that through inward exploration, one can achieve this connection. Camille teaches Meditation Chair Yoga and Wheel Yoga.

Calista - Gyrokinesis Teacher 嬋柔老師
Calista 自幼習舞,並學習不同運動鍛鍊身體,後來跟隨台東大學心動系教授學習墊上嬋柔,對於身心學的探索更感興趣。希望透過嬋柔及普拉提運動去探索身體,從而覺察身心,達到身心協調的效果,Calista 有一句常說的金句「不要讓身體成為心靈的負擔。」

Later, she learned Gyrokinesis with a professor from the Department of Physical Education at Taitung University, which sparked her interest in exploring body-mind studies. She hopes to explore the body through Gyrokinesis and Pilates, thereby becoming aware of the mind-body connection and achieving harmony between them. Calista often says: "Don't let your body become a burden to your soul."
