核心鍛鍊瑜珈以適度溫和的方式訓練身體肌力,從背部、腹部到骨盆處,藉由一連串的動作喚醒深層肌肉,搭配鼻子吸氣,嘴巴吐氣的固定調息,使身體與心靈運作活絡起來,達到增加肌、耐力,以及燃燒脂肪的效果。
