12TH INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA 第十二屆國際瑜伽日

2026年6月14日（星期日），我們在澳門葡京人H853娛樂館一同歡慶了第12屆國際瑜伽日，心中滿溢著無比的喜悅與深深的感激。

本次活動以“踐行瑜伽之道，享從容人生” 為主題。每位參加這場全球身心健康與和諧運動的參與者，都讓這個主題煥發出真實的生命力。這是本地居民與訪客共同見證融合的獨特時刻，充分展現了瑜伽在保健、身體韌性以及心理清晰度方面的轉化力量。

澳門印度文化協會在此致以最誠摯的謝意：

On Sunday, June 14, 2026, we celebrated together in Macau with great joy at the 12th International Day of Yoga at Lisboeta Macau H853 Entertainment Place and the feeling that remains with us is one of deep gratitude.

The chosen theme – "Yoga for Healthy Ageing" – came to life through every participant who joined us in this global movement for holistic health and harmony. It was a unique moment of unity between residents and visitors, demonstrating the transformative power of yoga in preventive healthcare, physical resilience, and mental clarity.

On behalf of the Indian Cultural Association of Macau (ICAM), we wish to express our sincere thanks:

*To the Consulate General of India in Hong Kong and Macau for the collaboration.

*To H853 Entertainment Place for the generous venue sponsorship and warm welcome.

*To all yoga studios and teachers from Hong Kong, Macau and China. (Yoga Shala, V Studio, Yoga Loft Macau, Sofia Studio, Tristhana Yoga , Fa En Yoga Pilates, )

*To the local Macanese community and the Portuguese population of Macau for your hospitality, your presence, and for opening doors to this cultural exchange.

It was a pleasure to practise yoga alongside celebrating together the diversity and active, healthy ageing.
