Service Description

此培訓將由擁有 ERYT500資格，以及十五年RYT300 經驗豐富嘅首席導師帶領及教授古維德（VK）處，您可以學習到傳統印度瑜伽系統以及其根源，我哋將以中英文雙語教授，學習真正瑜伽技巧嘅同時亦可以令自己嘅瑜伽知識更國際化 This training will be led and taught by our senior lead mentor Victor Kumar (VK) & with ERYT500 qualification and 15 years of experiences in RYT300. You can learn the authentic Indian Yoga System and its roots. It will be taught in both Chinese and English, so while learning true yoga techniques, you can also upgrade your yoga knowledge to become more international at the same time.
