YACEP Alignment Yoga
持續教育學習正位瑜伽
In the course, you will learn the fundamental postures, pranayama, mantra and tantra, meditation, and even the art of teaching using various professional yoga props imported directly from India, letting your alignment practice more precise. Completing all the training course hours will receive the American Yoga Alliance YACEP Continuing Education Certificate. 整個系列更全使用專程由印度直送嘅專業瑜伽輔具,根據正位原則學習基礎體位、調息、梵唱、冥想、甚至教學藝術。完成全部20小時仲可以獲得美國瑜伽聯盟YACEP持續進修教育證書。
