關於本活動
在普拉提瑜伽課上,老師會以一個姿勢,讓學生通過移動手臂和/或腿來挑戰他們的核心。 在進行一系列運動範圍練習之前,學生需要穩定他們的核心。 在這堂課中,學生可以增加核心力量,提高穩定性、靈活性和姿勢,有的甚至可以幫助緩解腰痛。
In the Yogalates class, teacher will adopt a position and then have the students challenge their core by moving arms and/or legs. Students are required to stabilize their core before going through a series of range-of-motion exercises. In this class, students can increase core strength, improve stability, flexibility and posture, and some can even help to ease lower back pain.
