在流瑜伽課上,老師會根據學生的能力增加和調節瑜伽體式的難度。課堂一般會從溫和的動作開始,讓身體有足夠熱身後,逐漸進入更具挑戰性的流動序列。流瑜伽有益於整體健康,有助於增強力量、提高柔韌性、管控壓力和調理身體。
In Flow yoga class, teacher will increase and modify the difficulty of the yoga postures according to the students' capabilities. It usually begins with gentler movements to warm up the body, then move into progressively more challenging flowing sequences. Flow yoga can benefit the overall well-being and can help to gain strength, improve flexibility, manage stress and tone the body as well.
